ok....my dads nigerian, and my moms a quarter native american, and the rest mainly black...i know that im black and all that, but i was wondering would i be considered bi racial or something like that?? people tell me that my native american blood doesnt count....is this true?? I am a white male in my late 20's, and live in Flint Michigan, the only city to always beat NY city on crime rates. Gowing up the N word or any racial term was welcomed in my family's house, I was never brought up to be racist.
My question is, even though I identified myself with other whites (who werent racist) and never really hung out in all black areas, why is it that the few times I have been in black areas, or been around black males, I was a million times more likely to be victimized. I dont even frequent places where black people are predominant, but if I happen to be at a club or a black neighborhood, why is it that I am always the one that is singled out and robbed? Well, if you ask me, it's obviosly because I'm white, and seem to be an easy target, due to the racism.
I have never been the victim of a crime at the hand of a white, mexican, arab, or asian, but have been carjacked 2x, robbed 4x, held at gunpoint 2x, and heard racial slurs a milion times,only by balcks.

This is my usual response to people who screech this stupid slogan: "Yes, dear. We know this. We don't care anymore. And anyway, that isn't going to make gays magically disappear, so stop shrieking it to the heavens. It's falling on deaf ears. Besides, you sound like a ******* five-year-old. The only one you're insulting is yourself. And anyway, what people do behind closed doors is none of your business. If your religion truly says it's a sin, that's between them and God, not you."

I'm not even gay and I'm sick and tired of it. Seriously. Grow up and get a life.

I know a girl (who is a close friend of mine) that is bisexual. People have given her grief on both sides, straight and lesbian/gay. She is a very complex person who thinks a lot, so it should not be a shock that she is open-minded in this area as well. But I know it hurts her sometimes that people don't understand bi girls, and think she'll make out with some girl in front of guys for kicks which is so not true. If she is with a guy then she is with him, and if she is with a girl then she is with her. Even the dance world has been hard for her (and she is a lovely and graceful dancer) because she is a bi girl. Talk about a double standard for guys and girls, ballet baby. What should I do to help her feel better? Where can she go to feel accepted and loved?

ok look, spanish is a white ethnic term referring only to the people of spain and spanish is a european language. Why is it that most people think you need to come from latin america and have brown skin to speak spanish is beyond me. I hate it when people from latin america say "spanish" to denote their heritage..even if they aren't "real spaniards" and make it seem like a racial term. it gets me a bit steamed.
