who would you say was a better person, someone who's kind and decent through choice or someone who's decent and kind through fear of what some god might do to them if their not? And yes i'm aware that if someone is decent and kind they are a good person regardless but surely the motivation for it plays a part.

Do anybody knows how to uplift(leviate) yourself while doing meditation? I've heard some yogis doing this, but they live in exile. I know how to move your spiritual energy upwards. But there is much more after this point.
I also know that leviation is not final thing in Yog, but my curiosity is in this.
