Do anybody knows how to uplift(leviate) yourself while doing meditation? I've heard some yogis doing this, but they live in exile. I know how to move your spiritual energy upwards. But there is much more after this point.
I also know that leviation is not final thing in Yog, but my curiosity is in this.

Levitation,my foot.More than 40 years ago some one called Hata Yoga or Yogi tried to levitate himself in a pool somewhere in the surburbs of Mumbai at a given time in the morning. The result was given the next day in the Times of India the meaning of which was somewhat that Hata Yoga stepped into the water and went down like a stone.

Yogic flying, even the chinese army practices it

but esentially it does involve spirit invocation,

thats the olny way to acheive something like that

and the question is, do you think it's the holy spirit?

nope

this is how those shaloin monks do most of this stuff,
spirit invocation

the problem is, that these spirits are not the holy kind, so what do you think they want in return?

it looks cool, but best to steer clear from these form of possessions

God bless

Investigative reporters of the free press have exposed many religious figures claiming to have such abilities as charlatans. A charlatan is someone who claims to possess knowledge or skill that he or she does not have. Cults of charlatanism seem to prey upon the sick and dying in every community formed by the many of our global culture. Ideological authorities leading cults of charlatanism have been discovered to cruelly dangle false demonstrations of miracles before diseased and dying communities of faithful believers for their own personal enrichment, and conveniently explain away the failure to produce results as a failure of faith on the part of members of diseased and dying communities of faithful believers.
