My thought is that most Christians don't click on links, so they don't understand the question... so it's impossible to answer

Does the book actually contain what they think, or are they just pushing it away because an Atheist wrote it?

The problem is with the way the question is being asked or perhaps with the avator.
Just posting a link without an explanation? In today's world that could be a timebomb.
I do thank you for the link. I do report for a newspaper. I have already written one report on the Golden Compass and now , because of your letter, do seek to get the book removed from shelves in schools in my local area.
The book the Golden Compass is a threat to Christianity. The book's author does not hide his hate of God. He seeks to kill God in the minds of young children. He is seeking to silently destroy Christianity.

Thanks for the link, but perhaps you should word some sort of explanation.

I don't know what your question was. Since your Q&A's are private, I couldn't refer back to it. Did you want to comment about this school board withdrawing this particular book, and ask what others thought? If so, here is my thought, just reading the article: The school did not ban the book, they just removed it from their library. They have the right to do so. The article states that if a student wants the book(s), they just request it of the librarian. My thinking is that if schools may ban the Christian Bible then they may also ban books authored "by atheists".
If that wasn't your question, then I guess you will need to post again.

Edit: I think your additional statement "Most Christians don't click on links" is totally asinine.

May be others dont know the answer to your question. Or if you still think that this is not the case then modify the question in a better way by including explanation possibily in concise way. Put the question in different words that can be answered easily or ask the question from different perspective or indirectly. May be you get the answer from one or the other way.
Highly possibility is people might not know the answer to your question assuming they dont have any problem with you.
Thanks.

it could be either. i won't lie. i usually don't click on links, but i did click on this one, since you mentioned it. if you asked a question pertaining to your article, post a link to it in your details. i'll come back a bit later (though that could possibly be tomorrow), and if i have a decent answer for you, i'll respond.

Might be because no one knows answer to the question, also depends on what type of question it might be that your asking. Might depend on what the ? is related to about that subject or topic, Josh Of FL

I admit I answer perhaps one out of four of your questions on average. If I'm in a lighthearted mood, I'm not going to dig into a philosophical groove.

Try asking God. You might get an answer you'll never forget.
