Mount Olive cemetary, with an ancient white cross and Greek inscription "To the God Jesus Christos"?

The first time the same inscription was found, it was in the news papers and was found adjacent to an Israeli Megiddo prison. I read about that a few years ago.

I came across this English idiom yesterday and I just can't remember how it was!?

It basically means "there is always a reason behind people's behaviour, however silly it appears" and I THINK it went: "there is no just -SOMETHING- " but I might be wrong. And it is NOT "There is no smoke without fire"! It was quite uncommon, I had never heard it from an English person before!

Seriously... I am not meaning to be offensive but in terms of supporting evidence the Silmarillion creation story is just about as believable as the bible... Do you think it is possible that hundreds or thousands of years from now after we have forgotten who JRR Tolkien is, that someone might read the Silmarillion and believe it as truth and then use it to found a religion?? With Eru, Iluvatar as the One, the Father of all??

Sometimes I think this is so far fetched but then I think, "Isn't it kind of arrogant of us to think that in all the planets in all the billions of galaxies that ours is the only planet God created intelligent life on?" God is so great, I have to say no to that. What are other people's views on this?
