I noticed in one question, a guy asked whether he was still a Christian if he did not believe in the OT stories. Some answered no he is not if he rejects the word of God, some said he is as long as he accepts Jesus(pbuh) as his Savior. Kindly asking, which is it?

When you think about it, its just water. I remeber my minister says "Now that this child is baptized he is greater than before". The minister acts like its such a big deal when its not the infants choice at all. This made me think, can you still be a christian without baptizing and why even do it.

is there really free will? it seems like only chemicals and environment control us. our free will is just an illusion. whenever we "make a decision" its only by chemical and environmental influence. then add a god to the equation, who supposedly knows the future. how can you do the opposite of what god *knows* you will do? and isnt god responsible for evil, if he created evil, or let evil exist? for example lucifer, god knew he was crooked even before he gave him this supposed "free will". same with adam and eve. i looks like religion and government make people think they have free will in order to make them feel guilty for doing something bad. funny how free will believers can never explain the mechanism that allows us to choose freely.

What's the symbol for reincarnation? Honestly, is there any world renouned specific symbol thats used to show the process of reincarnation? I'm not sure myself, but I would have thought it would have been like the recycling symbol, just for the fact it illustrates repeating over and over..
