Personally, I despise hypocrisy largely because I would hate myself more than anything if I was a hypocrite, and I'm sure I am in more ways than one.

Solomon. Where? I think Solomon is mentioned in one of the
Chronicles.

God says He will heal Egypt in the latter days?

It says Melchisadek, the High Priest was some spirit that came to
Earth and took human form or something. Says he had no

I received this answer yesterday to a question about the age of the earth.

I looked up Tianic and Tianice and found nothing in English.


"The earth is 4'5 billion years old.
Man has been on earth for 60,000 years
This was all written in the Tianic texts.
I am Tianice. I am not a creationist.
If a faith far older than Christianity can accept it.
Why cant a 2000 year old religion?"

Just as English speaking Canada uses the New Revised Standard Version on the Bible and the US uses The New American Version, I was wondering what they use in Quebec. I am going to assume it some version of La Bible de Jerusalem. Any particular edition though? I am studying French so I would like to have a catholic bible to study from. Thanks!

I was born June 18, 1985

June teenth(I think that's how you spell it) or june 19th is the day that the black slaves in the south found out the were free.

Muhammad's life can be divided into two parts- the tolerant years in Mecca and the aggressive years in Medina. The Quran reflects those two parts, and that is why at times someone will point out a teaching in the Quran that seems to indicate that Islam teaches its adherents to live at peace with their enemies. When Muhammad began to preach his revelations from Allah to the people, he believed that a peaceful religion was a good strategy for attracting people, especially the Jewish people, to the teachings of Islam.
When Muhammad saw that his attempts to win over the Jews through peaceful coexistance were not successful, he "launched a new strategy based on power. This is when he declared jihad and went out to convert nonbelievers to Islam by the sword. Muslims today are tought to interrupt the Quran through a principle of progressive revalation known as nasikh. any contradiction in the Quran is solved by using the newest revelation. I'm no racist, just very very curious about the behavior of many African American people... why do most of them talk with the ghetto slang and behave extremely loud... why???? I just don't understand.... what happened to proper English and beautiful soul music? Why are they dumping bad degrading words in their songs?
