i prefer to have the dinner cause i love to entertain, my husband is a great cook and i enjoy family get together. that is my cup of tea, whenever we have gatherings, i always do the presentation cause i love that feelings, either back home or here in the states. i know it's always great to be with family and im happy to see their faces plus i love sharing. what more can i ask for, appreciating everything and everyone is a treasure moments i cherished..

I see no reason why they shouldn't. Can't you can love God & a wife also. Don't you think they should be able to have the love of a good woman or if they happen to be gay a good man? I could never understand why they were not allowed to marry or date since pastors, ministers & reverands do.

Why is it ok for a man to have a wife and one or more mistresses in western culture, but polygamy is banned? Isn't it more respect for a woman to be a mans wife. Why do people look down on polygamy, but the divorce rate is so high in this culture and the reason for most marriages are infidelity. Maybe the man still loves his first wife, but falls in love with another woman too. Polygamy would solve this. There are also more men than women in the world. Polygamy would allow the other women who would otherwise remain single to get married. What is your opinion?

The logic used when explaining life using intelligent design is as follows. Things which are complex like watches rather than rocks must have been made by something equally or more complex not less complex (rocks don’t make watches). This seems fine until you realise that the watchmaker is complex and using the same logic and without twisting it the watchmaker must have been made (a watchmaker maker). I think we can all see where this is going, endless makers of infinite levels of complexity. So are we to conclude that creation via intelligent design involves an infinite string of infinitely complex creators. It doesn’t sound so intelligent to me but I am a scientist and I haven’t heard the whole argument, that I am sure. Tell me creationists what did I miss, logical answers only please.

Even if there is no God why try to convince others? I mean there is no Santa do you go around telling that to little kids? The point is that God offers life, and you offer hopelessness. So will you spread hopelessness throughtout the world? Or will you teach people moral values,respect, love, righteousness. Will you tell others we are nothing but evolved apes? I wonder if no one believed in God what would the world be like? Governments would think of population control, war, genocide of the elderly and disabled. Atheists would have you believe that all the terror in the world is because of religion. Well perhaps they forgot about Hitler and countless others before him. Sure religion is used as propaganda but that doesn't mean religion it self is evil. I just want to say im going to spread hope and good. What do you think

I just saw the Christmas bonus that was given to someone who works there. After a few paragraphs of "After all your hard work this year" and " thank you for all your hard work and making Wal-mart what it is"........They give them an extra 10 percent off of a single item!
That means, "after all their hard work", if they spent $100.00 on one item (if they could afford that after what they get paid) , their bonus would be a whopping $10.00 off!
I think that is a slap in the face and Wal-mart should be ashamed!!!!!
I work for a small company that struggles and I get much more than that, and I don't have to buy anything to get it.
It makes me sick and I wish there was something I could do about it in addition to just not shopping there anymore.
Any ideas?
