There is a long tradition of "The world turned upside down"
And I would point to Jonathan Swift's "Modest Proposal" and other writings.
Borat's dealing with the charge of anti-semitism in his film was hilarious!

I've not yet seen it the movie. However, seeing how controversial it is and how insulting it is, it should turn out to be hilarious to me. That kind of humor does not appeal to everyone, though.
