And I would point to Jonathan Swift's "Modest Proposal" and other writings.
Borat's dealing with the charge of anti-semitism in his film was hilarious!

i think it takes a special group of ppl to find borat funny; since i have an i.q. higher than a door-knob, i think he's as funny as a hemorrhoid

I've not yet seen it the movie. However, seeing how controversial it is and how insulting it is, it should turn out to be hilarious to me. That kind of humor does not appeal to everyone, though.

That movie is so prepostorously offensive I couldn't help but laugh. I was laughing so hard I missed at least 15 minutes of it.
