How easy is it to turn your beliefs into the Word of God so you can feel like one of God's Chosen?

Where does the arrogance of pride end: assuming you understand God and anyone who disagrees with you is wrong, and where does the humility of knowing how little you know begin?

Hello!! :o) I hope you're OK. As a Christian - I freely admit that I understand very little of what I read in the Bible. I find most of it quite confusing. Do you - as a Christian - feel as though you should pretend to know more than you do - in order to give the impression that your faith is strong?! All my life I've been a very kind noble person. I try to help out anyone who needs help and I feel terrible everytime I see a person in need. I live by a set of moral code that ensures that I am a honest member of society. The only problem is I'm not religious at all and never will be. According to my moral codes, God has broken everything that's good and decent so will I go to hell because God is a insecure being who punishes people for doubting his existance?

I have noticed some similes between Ezekiel and the Book of Revelation. Are the Revelation and Ezekiel perhaps admonishments and revelations of the same event that the man still expects?

1)Both authors of the books write of their divine vision and the place where they have received it.
2)At the beginning of the book, both prophets describe the vision of four living creatures.
3)John and Ezekiel have the vision of a book and a roll written on the inside as well as on the outside.
4)John and Ezekiel have the vision of the new Jerusalem.
However, I believe that it would be better to announce the arrival of the Kingdom of God to the christians with the Book of Revelation and, to the hebrews with the books of the Old Testament.

Can any body tell me the real fact behind this? Can me believe these people?

Most of us have busy lives, too much going on..( speaking for myself,,,) and in spite of that, there are times when I realize I am just wasting time doing something that doesn't matter, ,,I'm sure we all do this sometimes; so how do you waste time? What things do you consider a waste of time?
I think, for me, cutting out coupons, ( time comsuming, ) then forgetting them at home, is one example of a waste of time for me.
