I believe a great many people will be willing to get chipped in order to simplify their lives and to avoid identity theft. I can see a world in the near future where it will be very difficult to get along if you aren't properly ID'd.

Now how about this, I believe in God but I don't think the "prophets" had a one on one! It would certainly seem that the prophecies of the revelation are coming true, but where did they get their info? Please avoid bible thumping, somehow some folks had some very good info for their time and they called it religion so that it would survive many thousands of years. In your opinion where did that info come from?

...thermodynamics to disprove evolution? I have yet to see one of these statistics that take into account time and the number of occurrences. And bringing entropy into the picture is just ludicrous. Please feel free to email me if you do not understand why.

If you discovered real evidence that all the different life forms we know developed independently, would you be willing to share this evidence with the rest of the world, or would you try to pretend it didn't exist in order to preserve the myth that all life evolved from a single cell? Suppose your evidence included facts that showed that man did not, indeed, evolve from an earlier form of ape, but is actually an independent species? Would you come forward? It is your choice...share this new evidence with the scientific community, or destroy it and say nothing. What would you do?

Christianity appeared when Jesus appeared and Jews refused to claim him for prophet. Muslims say Islam appeared when Muhamed appeared and Christians refuse to claim him for prophet. So how do you know in what to believe - Judaism, Christianity or Islam? How do you know who say the truth when there is no proof for the existing of any of this - God, Yehova, Allah, Jesus, Muhamed?

i have presented my gift at the alter (tithing)

last night i had a dream of a former employer that at the time i left his employment
i was very angry with him and i burned with hate-red and only wished to hurt him

so I'm my anger I took important equipment from the job ( equipment that cant be replaced very easily)

knowing it would piss him off and hurt him

my letter with my gift is in the mail (leave your gift there in front of the alter" and i know that it hasn't arrived at the church (altar) yet

was this dream to tell me to find this employer and return the equipment and ask for forgiveness before my letter arrives????

I think it's the stupidest of stupid trends. However, it can't be outlawed. How would it be enforced? This is a huge pet peeve of mine. The other day I saw a gentleman walking down the street with his pants hanging down and he was holding them up as he walked. He was wearing a belt mind you. If he were to give someone a hug his pants would fall off! You can only be so tolerant. That is just silly.

Why can't I decide when I need some valium? Its my body my choice and if I pay for it I should be able to take it!! If you say that you can't because the drug is bad for you then why is a Dr. prescribing me a dangerous drug ( when they do prescribe it )? I can smoke and drink if I want to which is horrible for my health so whats the big deal?

Ok, I was born in London, UK, but my parents are from the Philippines. I have a Spanish surname, starts with "de". My grandpa told me that his grandpa was a Spanish counsellor and that he had four wives, woah! He even wrote out a family tree of all my ancestors he could remember.

Does this make me part Spanish?

I must say that I am amazed whenever I see people being rude to store staff or people involved in serving the general public. There seems to be a mentality in North America that it is your right as a customer to treat anyone serving you like s***. I see it all the time in my job (I am a pharmacist) and also observe it in other places when I am shopping or visiting a restaurant etc. Can anyone explain what is wrong with people that there is such little respect for each other? These are complete strangers that they are dealing with and sometimes the personal insults that fly at the service person is incredible. Most of the time the person serving is just trying to help and is abused verbally for their time and effort. Of course there are instances of bad service, but even these don't warrant the incredible aggression I have observed. Anyone else find this hard to take? I think society is sick at it's very core to allow this kind of thing to happen.
