Who said God doesn't evolve? Never heard that before.
My take on this is: We are the ones not evolving.
We keep going back to the same things like war, prejudices, uncaring, etc. the list goes on. I am looking at this in the broader scope for not everyone falls into that category.
One way to look at it is: God is always making new worlds etc. and all that goes with them and then, from a distance, he watches. Sure he helps us if we ask and also when we help ourselves.
You might ask yourself if you have evolved instead of asking if God has.

NO!!!f He is eternal, ever-lasting, never changing, He is the Alpha and Omega, the begenning and the end. He created our world and everything in it, including all the laws of nature, such as gravity and time, He holds the existence of the universe in His hands. Time does not exist in him, therefore He is Omnipotent, Omniscent and Omnipresent, the latter meaning that He is ever present everwhere and in all time. Our lives before Him are like nothing but fleeting instants, yet He watches every second of our existence. The word "date" does not exist in his vocabulary, everything happens in His will.

Only to your understanding...
You're attempting to understand The Infinite Being with a finite mind... That's why it takes FAITH, not intelligence to believe... I don't need to believe in the chair in which I'm seated...
But I do understand the atheist's need for tangible proof: Remember Doubting Thomas...? Not only that, but (after His death) upon Jesus' appearing to them in one instance, it is written at the end of Luke that "...they still did not believe for joy, and marveled..."
Peter knew and could see and hear Jesus, but it took FAITH in Him to get out of the boat and walk on the water...
Faith is belief put in action...
Like all atheists and other non-believers, you may be a believer who just hasn't come to believe yet... THAT will only happen when God so wills it... Until then, we shall continue to pray for you and all atheists and other non-believers... May God bless you...!
But, to answer your original question...? There are no dates in eternity...

God doesn't change because He is a marriage of Good and Truth. It is only man's loss of the information and the restoration of that information that you are seeing happen.
