In so many places within bibles Paul clearly contradicts jesus.Paul also contradicts many jewish laws. For example, he tells his groupies to ignore the dietary laws, tells them to ignore the sabbath day, and says to obey the rulers of the land.

YET, jesus says"obey no man". He also says, when asked if he came to change the laws,"Not one tittle."
Compare that with Paul's words!

The prayer "Kol Nidre," with its "marvelously touching melody, and, gradually increasing in volume from pianissimo to fortissimo", repeats three times the following words:

"All vows [], obligations, oaths, and anathemas, whether called 'ḳonam,' 'ḳonas,' or by any other name, which we may vow, or swear, or pledge, or whereby we may be bound, from this Day of Atonement until the next (whose happy coming we await), we do repent. May they be deemed absolved, forgiven, annulled, and void, and made of no effect; they shall not bind us nor have power over us. The vows shall not be reckoned vows; the obligations shall not be obligatory; nor the oaths be oaths."

The leader and the congregation then say together:(Num. xv. 26).

"And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them, seeing all the people were in ignorance"

The zeta's where asked July 1, 2006
Are we in any danger of a strike from this new asteroid?
....As we mentioned previously,... No.
The reason for this is more than just the trajectory of the asteroid, it is also a protection Earth is under where no life threatening or extinction level event will be allowed to happen because the Council of Worlds has plans for the Earth in the future as a home for those in the Service to Other and would not allow this to happen. So you may have fireballs. Fireballs are just a few little boulders thudding to Earth, that type of thing, or small rocks that might plunk into an ocean, be deflected to the ocean. But you will not have large asteroids striking the Earth, snuffing out life or destroying large land masses or causing extreme flooding along coastline

Whenever you get onto Yahoo, answers do you feel some of us are just, "frontin".I know there are different denominations and we all have different relationships w/ God. Though, I've seen some answers that are just wrong like, they need to get a log out of their eye. Some are pretty clear like the person sat with the bible in there lap and thought about what they're going to say. I don't know, maybe I just got the big picture. That Christians are a small community within this country.( By Christians I mean followers of Christ.)

Is being a Christian unpopular? It seems that way when I read some of these questions and answers. I had no idea that believing in God was that offensive to so many. It breaks my heart to read some of the things people say about God. :(

Why are the radical islamics allowed by the nation of Islam to take over and destroy Somalia? Muslims keep saying its wrong, but they do nothing to stop the slaughter by their own people. Why? If I hear one more time about Islam being a "peaceful religion" I'm gonna scream! For good men to do nothing in the face of evil is just as bad as committing the evil themselves.

Today you will hear that Morocco is an arabic country, but it is not.70% of its people speak Tamazight (Berber) and have Amazigh customs and traditions. Arabs are a minority, but they are supported by the rulers who are arabsand neglect all what is Amazigh both economically and politically.

PLEASE read all of this before answering:

there are certain answers that you might feel prone to say but which are invalid. invariably, some of you will still use these answers,, either because you didn't read this, or because you did but still think that those answers are appropriate. i assure you though, they're not.

1. please don't provide bible quotes. i'm not asking "what does the bible say". what i'm asking is "WHY do you believe what the bible says?". --- there is no quote in the bible that can answer why YOU PERSONALLY came to a specific conclusion. so please,,, i only want to hear your own words.. please..

2. please don't say things like "because it's true". this is an invalid answer. no one ever believes something simply BECAUSE it's true. they believe in things because other things lead them to those conclusions.

i'd rather hear answers like "because christianity makes more sense than other religions", but then you're gonna have to back that claim up.

What are the facts about the Jews of today? (I call them Jews to you, because they are known as Jews. I don't call them Jews myself.
I refer to them as so-called Jews, because I know what they are.) The eastern European Jews, who form 92 per cent of the world's population of those people who call themselves Jews, were originally Khazars. They were a warlike tribe who lived deep in the heart of Asia. And they were so warlike that even the Asiatics drove them out of Asia into eastern Europe. They set up a large Khazar kingdom of 800,000 square miles. At the time, Russia did not exist, nor did many other European countries. The Khazar kingdom was the biggest country in all Europe -- so big and so powerful that when the other monarchs wanted to go to war, the Khazars would lend them 40,000 soldiers. That's how big and powerful they were.

They were phallic worshippers, which is filthy and I do not want to go into the details of that now.

Of course not you guys are religious nuts, willing to die and kill for a unproven belief.

Anyways, humanity had a good run, we polluted the oceans, depleted our resources, and basically put countless animals on the endangered specie list..

Hooray for Religion!!!

Each religion's holy book provides "rules" to live by, yet they are all so different! How is it that one holy book is right and all others are wrong (depending on your chosen religion).

Men are 1672 times more likely to rape than women. Men are 719 times more likely to be pedophiles than women. Men are 73 times more likely to murder than women. Men are 63 times more likely to steal than women. Men are 48 times more likely to lie than women. Men are 253 times more likely to fist fight than women. Men are 53 times more likely to discriminate than women.

Hey, I'm just the messenger here. So, anyone know why men are such a problem in our society?

While Paul spokest much of chastity and purity for religious men, I spoke nothing of it. Could it be possible that I was in love with Mary Magdelene, even though there is little evidence to support this? Why be sure eitehr way, and simply accept that you will not know thy truth untill thee accend to my Father's kingdom?

May the mercy of God, and love of his infinite patience be upon you. Amen.
