I have talked to ACTUAL SOILDERS THAT HAVE FOUGHT THERE. All of them agree, the people love their new life. The media is so unreliable, I don't ever watch it anymore. If you talk with the actual people that deal with this, the people like freedom. They like the chance to vote and not be killed for their vote. The only thing they are still afraid of are the militant terrorists, who never seem to go away.
They like living in a free country, unlike before when they were under a ruler who treats them like lab rats.

As the Iraqis prepared for the war, peace-loving American human shields went over there to try and prevent it. The Iraqis didn't want their "help." They wanted Saddam removed.
After all, you didn't know from one night to the next whether Saddam's secret police were going to come and take you away for torture, rape, or other abuse.
Even with what is going on over there, the people prefer it to what they had. Further, all you have to do is look at all those purple ink-stained fingers they showed us to see that they prefer it. That's something they didn't have before - self determination.

some of my Iraqi friends told me that what the USA is doing to them is much worse than what Saddam used to do.
plus I never heard that it's the right of any country to invade any other country to eliminate the president.so if the American people had a president that some other country didn't approve of , should this other country invade America to over through him ?

of direction. Saddam's government became secular/socialist. the present government is extremist Shia, not in user-friendly terms Christians are feeling yet Sunnis as properly. circulate to Iraq you will not discover one single sunni mosque.
