I'll break down a couple of them some I won't touch with a 10 foot pole.
Murder / fighting / acts of violence - Men are definitely more likely to murder because its in our gene's (not killing but agression) look at any animal species and fighting is almost always done by males. While Females do defend, they rarely are the agressor. With society putting social taboo's on so many stress relieves in the world people start to bottle up their feelings. For some peopel they can handle it, but the small percentage cannot, and when they cannot handle the pressure it explodes. It can be in many fantastic things, poetry, paintings and many horrible things, rape, murder, fighting, etc.
Men walking aorund without shirts -
Simply put that is again animal instincts. Its no different than a male Peacock struting around with his feathers (His body) in attempts to 1. Show up other males (Alpha Males) and 2. Attract a mate.
It seems silly but watch the animal network and you can basically see that men and women are easily broken down to the whole Hunter / Gatherer (Awhole other topic)

Maybe men are raised differently in America [than women]. Perhaps they are filling a gender role that society has created for them.
Making blanket statements about men being stupid and moronic is pretty pointless. There are three billion human males on this planet. They are not all stupid or moronic.

I think there are a lot of reasons why people do the things they do. But as for this, it can be their upbringing....stereotypes they have learned from media...society looking down upon men who let their emotions out...and yes, testosterone is a factor as well. I'm in no way making excuses for these men since I was a victim of something you mentioned, but I do think there are men that are good, but you can blame society for a lot of the reasons men act agressively.

Men are also 17,632 times more likely to ask a relevent question.
Here, for example, something that's been kicking around in my head today.... haha! I just said head!
Ok, so, where was I? Yes, a good question would be, uh, how to word this correctly... uh, ok, "Who would win in a fist fight: Sean Connery or William Shatner or Marge Schott?"
What about if you threw in a wild card? Like, Gary Coleman and a wiffleball bat?

The y Chromosome creates over 500 genetic mistakes/diseases that we know of. It makes men 10 times more likely to be criminals and geniuses. Females are archetypes and tend towards average. The male is the driving force at the cutting edge of evolution and took us from plants and slime mold to where we are now. You have to take the rough w. the smooth.

Man are a little more violent buy nature. They also care a little less about society so are more likely to break rules but we have virtues too! Men are more likely to save a girl while she is being raped than a woman. We are also more likely to do adventurous things than women. You know, we are good in many ways too.

The broader question is, given these stats, why would any smart woman decide to get with a man? Therein lies the answer to the intelligence of women folk.

It's obviously largely down to hormones (and the by product of those hormones) and sheer power. Bet if you looked at women in prison for any of those crimes you mention above, they probably have an inbalance of testosterone.
