Well my parents did weight watchers and they lost weight. Balley Fitness is good cuz u exercise, which is the healthy way to lost weight.
as for those diet pills that show the before and after pictures, those are fake. u know what they do? They find a skinny person, take a picture, then they pay the skinny person to gain weight, take another picture. Then they mark the fat picture "before' n the skinny pic "after." its a trick!

I know weight watchers works. All those drug things seem just dangerous to me, and I would never try them.
If I choose a weight lose program it would not be based on an ad I saw on tv. It would be based on experiences other people had. People I know. Not people from an ad.

well, weight watchers i believe, because I myself am going through the program, but others seem to make u lose pounds too quick and unsafe. I saw that Dateline special too about how advertisers can fool us to believe the amazing results in before and after pics.

A lot of people believe in it ,.. normally I think that they works just a little bit. Surely not how they are advertised on TV shows, those stuff is advertised by people on steroids.

Its all just a sales pitch. Basically, what is really going on is, each person in those advertisements, that have such perfect bodies, have had a trainer up their butt 24/7, to look that way.....

i'm not particular, yet i imagine you're speaking about leptopril. by using how this corporation also sells a supposedly different eating routine pill for a more cost-effective cost in case you should have it, yet I doubt both one actual does some thing.

I believe they may work, but the KEY is eatting right. You can't lose weight just by working out or just by eatting right, you have to do both.

the drugs do not always work. I have tried some with no real results. good luck. some of the machines might work or ask a DR for advice.
