Well in fact Frankenstein is the creator, although in some views he could be considered the monster. It is amusing how everyone associates the "vile insect" to be Frankenstein, when in fact it has no name and Frankenstein is the creators family name.
So do you think it is Frankenstein or his creation who is the "monster"?
Ok, the creation killed and created misery...but ONLY after society rejected him and his kind actions were met with violence.
Yet, Frankenstein created life and abanded it and left it to meet society, with an abnormal exterior. He also destroyed his creations potential companion. Does this mean he is to blame?
Or can we not blame either? Or just human curiosity?

My son has been asked to collect the weight of a girls wheelchair in green bottle tops, a charity will then provide a super electric wheelchair for the disabled girl. I have since been told that this is a scam and has been around for some time. is this the case?

I never got involved with any particular political party, instead I have spoken and voted in line with what I felt best. I don't believe anyone has ALL the right answers, not even me ... so I ascertain the best rought possible to achieve the best result through all the options. Is that being Liberal? I don't advertise with logos on my shirts and I'm sick of being politically labled because of my opinions. I am an American first ... opinionated, second.

I would hope that you would be fair enough to read information published by the church itself or let members of said church explain their beliefs. Wouldn't trying to find out information about the church through your church leader be kind of silly? A church leader would probably be the first to spread lies about another faith because he our she wants you to stay in your own faith and fill the plate!

Most of the Catholic cathedrals I've been in are dominated by a cross with a writhing and bloody figure of Christ in agony. It seems kind of morbid to me, though I have many Catholic friends and don't mind Catholics as a whole. Why would someone want to see his or her God in such pain? Wouldn't it be more appropriate to decorate places of worship with images of Him that are not covered in blood? It seems to me that if I wanted to remember Christ, I'd like to remember primarily how He lived and what he taught, not only how He died.

I've a friend who has just bought a large farm with lots of land, and wants a big dog to go with it (she had a bordie collie until recently but it died).

I recommended an Irish Wolfhound (I don't know much about dogs but just like them personally), but she prefers the idea of a Great Dane...however I have been told that they don't have a lot going for them; apparently they are slow, stupid and do nothing but eat. Is this true? The dog would have to be an outdoorsey type.

Are there any other alternatives in this size category? And how big are Wofhounds compared to Great Danes in terms of overall size (I'm presuming Wolfhounds are skinnier....)

Probably the 2 most violent religions are Christianity (Crusades) and Islam (Jihad). The most peaceful I heard is Buddhism. Can one practice Buddhism and still believe in the Christian/Muslim God? What are your thoughts?
