Feminists have basically overturned the right of presumption of innocence in courts, but only for men.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presumption_of_innocence

In the US, this follows from the 5th, 6th and 14th amendments.

As a basic human right it is included in The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 11:

http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html

"Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence."

Feminists have long lobbied for men to have to PROVE what steps they took to ensure consent prior to intercourse with a woman.

In other words, he has to prove he is innocent. She has to prove nothing under any circumstances.

Seeing as how the studies by the Airforce and a peer reviewed public journal showing 40-60% of rape accusations are false couldn't be refuted logically by feminists here, this becomes all the more relevant.

Dr Charles P. McDowell found that 60% of rape allegations were false.
A similar survey by Eugene J Kanin found that 41% of rape allegations are false.

"To my considerable chagrin, we found that at least 60 percent of all the rape allegations were false."
- Dr. Charles P. McDowell, Supervisory Special Agent, U.S. Air Force, Office of Special Investigations

http://christianparty.net/kanin.htm

With the cooperation of the police agency of a small metropolitan community, 45 consecutive, disposed, false rape allegations covering a 9 year period were studied. These false rape allegations constitute 41% the total forcible rape cases (n= 109) reported during this period. These false allegations appear to serve three major functions for the complainants: providing an alibi, seeking revenge, and obtaining sympathy and attention.

Why are feminists instead seeking to toughen rape laws instead of punish false accusers, if they are about equality?

if so do you ever use the argument....."if you were stupid enough to get pregnant and then go get a "coat hanger" abortion done by a back alley doctor then you deserve to die?" Do you not see the hypocrisy of those words?

Isn't that a very anti life statement to make? Meaning of course that if you are not born then we want you, but if you are old enough to make a decision that we don't agree with then you should just die and we don't care.

This has been my experience. I am not either anti men or women but have found tremendous amount of anit woman or sexist questions and responses even those advocating violence against women. These are allowed. By when I turned the tables and took something changing the words man to woman and vice versa it was immediately deleted? Are they back in the 1950s here? Or are they just into the gangta culture of violating and killing women?

I was just wondering cause it seems when I am really happy woman try to invade it and make me less confident and keep trying to make me insecure or jelous, and when i get upset and insecure beaten down its like there job is over she now can be happy like she did her job or try to rule over me. Then do it again if I am happy. What is this?

Lots of questions and answers about violence toward women here on the women's studies site yet any hint of violence toward men get deleted. I thought Yahoo was legitimate but I think their sexist stock will go down and they will disappear,. I will look for other places to post feminist ideas which are your future whether you try to stop it or not.
Feminism forever!
