Good old fashioned Civalry! Like:
- opening her doors (including car doors)
- helping her with her coat,
- waiting for her to place her order first(in a restaurant),
- holding her hand,
- compliments (using suble terms of endearments)... and the list goes on.
and please! do NOT be cheap. A little generousity goes a long way ;) but never over spend... it shows that you a trying too hard

Seduction FIRST requires chemistry between two people, once that has been established then just about anything you do that reflects kindness, openness and creativity is enormously seductive, she's open and receptive to you.

well I can't speak for ALL woman, but in conversations i have had with friends, sisters and from my own experience and needs, seduction starts in the mind. A woman has to turned on mentally before any physical touching can turn her on. Unlike men (in general) women are not turned on by visual stimuli. Looking at a naked men isn't going to do anything for her. Women in general are turned on by feelings and words. So describe what you wan't to do to her in intimate but not vulgar or crass language. Tell her how her body makes you feel. make her feel like the centre of your world and she'll be yours.
I hate it when my husband says at lunch time "you fancy a bit later then" and then later just gropes all the obvious bits and wonders why I'm not instantly seduced and happy to do whatever he suggests. But if he says at lunch time that the dress i'm wearing is making him feel horny, i'm generally not wearing it by tea time and suggesting things to HIM about what I wan't to do.
I think the key difference as I said is the visual/mental one. If a man gets turned on by looking at a naked woman, a woman gets turned on by the description of a naked man. Men watch pornos, women read sexy books. And generally men find the books boring and women the porno's vulgar.
So, to seduce a woman, start complimenting her throughout the day, place suggestions in her mind about what you would like to do with her and how she makes you feel, touch her face, hair, look longingly at her with wanting eyes and generally make her feel wanted. It's all in the anticipation.

Women are different from men in that men want to get to it while women find more in the time spent beforehand snuggling and kissing.

Lots of eye contact. That drives me crazy. I also like a man who is a roghneck but is not pushy for sex. If he has the patience to wait to have my goodies, than he's gonna get his world rocked.
Intimate touch, massage, kissing all drives me crazy as well.
