There is an excellent book out and it's called" The Five Love Languages" I suggest you get it. It really helped me find out how I needed to be loved and how to love my lover. It's awesome!!

Under feminism it is damn nigh impossible if you're male. Basically you have to get the correct balance of brain damage and not being dead as a result from a gaping head wound.
