Here in India, only few states like Gujarat and Maharashtra and Punjab are earning states. Whatever the taxes are collected by central govt. have the more than 80% contribution from these states. All other states like Bihar, UP, W.Bangal have a very few or near to zero contribution. Again, all these states get money from central govt. which in fact is contributed by the earning states. Now, should these earning states get seperated from India because after seperation their growth rate will be very much higher than the existing one. The people will be living life of higher standard. The money which is wasted on other useless or lazy states can be used for better infra-structure and better upliftment of people. There are so many people living in poor condition in these earning states. This money can be used for them. Also, communist govts. like W. Bangal are parasites living on this democratic tree. They abuse states like Gujarat and maharashtra for their capitalisitc policies and at the same time take their hard earned money for so called development in their own states from central govt.

Have you ever been "the coolest person in the room"? Whether you actually are cool or not, were you ever in a situation when you thought to yourself that you were, without a doubt, the coolest person in the room? Was the place you were in so completely full of nerds and geeks that it was easy, or did you do something awesome to "out-cool" all of the other cool folks? Tell me your cool story, all in good fun, of course.

There are 4 kids in my family:

1st born - Male 52
2nd born - Female 51
3rd born - Female 47
4th born - Male 43

I am the 3rd born female. My oldest brother was sent to live with grandparents at the age of 14, I was 8 or 9 when he left.

I think I am a middle child. What would you say my personality would be?

Is there any truth to the birth order theory?

Unbelievable fantasy, fear, evil, or?
Some times I have dreams of giant spiders on my bed, I always wake up jumping out of bed and turning on the lights.
Sometimes I have amazing fantasy dreams that I can go back and forth in time, I know they are dreams while I'm in them, and when I feel myself waking up, I try to stay asleep.
Sometimes I dream of my children, I miss them so!
How's your dream world?

I need a practical solution to what to do about the constant negative ( and hopeless) thoughts i hav while studying.(not something like 'talk to people, 'listen to music' etc) but a quick method to dispel my fears from my mind and help me concentrate on studies.

I have been with this guy off and on for three years... we've dated, broke up, dated broke up, etc. mostly because of his mood swings. He was diagnosed with bipolar disorder as a child, and experiences mood swings occasionally. Usually he's happy, cheerful, funny, wierd, and goofy, but he gets in moods where he's depressed and isolates everyone from himself, only to snap out of it later and apologize.
I've tried bringing this to his attention but he barely acknowledges it, mostly out of shame perhaps.
What I ask is this; I love him more than anyone and want to be there for him, but how do I deal with times when he gets so depressed and sad and pushes everyone away?

What exactly is the reason why my husband is reluctant to listen to reason, says he's always right and also perfect (generally) over the 14 yrs. Arguments happen, often in relation to my activities and they way I do things. e.g. I decide (after some discussion with him) to have some friends over for lunch while he plays tennis. He gets furious because I'm fussing over getting the house in order (reasonable order like vacuuming, sweeping the yard, preparing food and outdoor table. He never helps except for mowing the lawn and occasionally sweeping the leaves. He seems to resent any attention I give to others and I never feel free to enjoy the simple pleasure of entertaining in my style. He says thinks like "They are lucky to come here and if they are not happy with the way things are (ordinary, untidy and with only a little simple food etc.) then they can stay home!" He seems to really resent everyone I give attention to - even a particular TV show or personality and criticises.
