Close and lock up your 'free advice center' with a notice in BOLD letters.Tell people that you have been advised by so and so,to do this.

Look up books on codependency.

If you're taking care of others before yourself, you may be codependent. If this is the case, it's hard to see that you may have a problem, because we tend to see it as unselfishness.

Depending on the people you are listening to, I would do one of two things:
1) Like brksh... said, just close up shop. No explanations- just say no and distance yourself from those people asking for advice.

2) Explain to your friends what affect it would have on you if you continued to be so supportive at the expense of your own welfare. If they are the type of friends who will understand, maybe they can even give you advice!

listen to the teacher, give good answers, but learn to solve maths problems too. that way, u'll do well for studies. throw everything else out of the window, keep ur mind spot-clean and dont think dirty thoughts.

hey its just great that you are willingly listening to other people and helping them to solve problems. but the catch is are you helping yourself as much as you help others? we humans cannot solve all our problems all alone and that is our nature. If you could just talk to somebody about your problems, you will feel much better. trust me on that! even world's greatest counselors need counseling sometimes...and you should never feel reluctant to 'ask for help'. Good luck!

Experience teaches. It is good to share what you've learned. Listen to yourself. You can probably make good use of your own advice. You only have to fix one thing at a time. Give yourself the space to do that. Best. C. :)!!

Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Release your stress. Pray and ask for guidance and give your problems to God. Then trust Him to help you.
