ok i'm really outgoing and i'm like CRAZY around my friends,
but other times, like in class, or a group event, or in a speech...or like an assembly or show, i never find the courage to participate in disscussions and volunteer. srsly i really need to change. my grade in participating in class discussions is really bad...and when i start participating, i want people to actually remember me.

i want my personality to be attractive! like a really fun person!
so how can i be really fun to be around
and have a bunch of ideas and friends?

I have a boyfriend who is four years older than me and is gone at college (I still get to see him and talk to him everyday), we are really, really happy together. But I keep having this dream that I make out with one of my guy friends. I don't think I like him as anymore than a friend but if I don't than why do I keep having this dream? Is it saying I'm gonna cheat on my boyfriend cuz everytime I have this dream I always get mad at my guy friend cuz of it? My friend isn't the best person for anyone to date so I've told myself since I met him I'd never do anything with him. What is the meaning behind my dream?

I know I plan to tell my mental health case manager FACE-TO-FACE that I want a new one. She & I don't see eye-2-eye. I'm afraid of her reaction. He won't let her say don't, shouldn't, won't, can't. It has to be do not, should not, will not, and cannot, etc. For example, when she stayed overnight at our house, her dad said to her, "You will be a good girl, will not you?" I've never heard of this talk before. Why is he like this? She's not allowed to say, "It looks like it's going to rain", instead she has to say, "It looks like it is going to rain", or she'll be corrected by him if not.

i've always been obsessed with my health(not my weight)i mean.....i don't care about calories only but i make sure that what i eat is a very healthy natural food....the problem here is that i have become so strict,i seem to be having a shiver if i see something unhealthy!!!lol.........i never manage to have a meal out with my friends or skip one of my strictly healthy habits even once in my life for any reason

is that a kinda eating disorder?is there a good obsession?

ps.....i don't have any health problems or any deficiencies of any kind...i am a runner,i am a medical student as well(i thought that could be the reason),i am 5'9''/130 lbs female(i mean to say i am not anorexic or something)

my so called obsession is not only with food and eating....but with any healthy habits
