Folding socks. I have been doing this for 20 yrs. can you think of anything more mind numbing?

i am 57 years old.since 2002 i have been living at home and probably once in a month i meet another person apart fom my immediete family.now you wuold think this is a very boring way to live life.on the other hand i think these past 5 years have been a voyage of self discovery..so boredom is just a state of mind and all u got to do is see the positive things of life and trying to reach for something i never thought could be attained single handedly and that too by staying within the four walls of my house.obviously there is something calld fate which plays an important part in determining the state of our mind but i still think that it is up to the individual concerned to make the most of this one life that we arelucky to be bestowed with.

Doing nothing in life which either benefits the individual or the society at large. - This is boring
Watching the long duration commercials in TV - This too is boring!
Listening to someones self praising without break! What a boring experience!!

In reality, there is nothing like ' boredom'-unless one looks at the things-into their face . An introspection and a deep involvement with an inner eye open for exploration of the new values in every minute act of ours will help unravel new avenues in the life's pilgrimage.

the most boring is the day to day i hate it when it seems like almost the same thing happens every day it's sooooooooo

Dealing with idiots who are biased, racist and basically stupid about what is going on around them. Remember I work for the Department of Homeland Security and I deal with some pretty sick folks occasionally. But....God help them!!!

Talking to people who pretends to know things that they talk about, but if you ask detailed questions, they can't give you the concrete answers.

Oh, stuff like brushing my teeth! I can't stand at the sink, I have to walk around & do other stuff, too.
