does anyone know how to do meditation if it can be explained, plz tell me! thanks!

Meditation is the ability to still ones mind. Ex. sit, lay slowly breath , concentrate on one thing like the word love. Seeing each letter then back again with your eyes close. It might be good to have a soothing music in the back ground. Also envision a white light surrounding you when you first start.
This always comforts me an relieves me of stress.

Meditation is one of those things you don't cope out on and buy some easy to read book about, it isn't self-help, and it diffenently is something thats going to help you loss weight. Also it has a lot to do with your individual spirtuality, life perception, and your primitive purpose here. It also has alot to do with how far your willing to go, when manipulating conscionous the only thing stopping you, is well, you. Ether way do some reasearch this goes beyond me writing you out a simple 1, 2, 3 step plan and avaiables you educating yourself. You slack off and its a waste of your time, you take it to the end, and you'll blow your mind. But I sujjest looking into all perceptions of it from bio-feedback to out of body experiences. Meditation is sort of the fronter of the mind, if your not interested enough to do the research then I'm glad I didn't waste my time explaining it to you, because motivation, determination, and mental direction play the biggest part in its successfulness. Besides its an individual experience.
