Why can't wet countries with too much water provide it for dry places? Apart from nationalistic and competitive reasons, are there any environmental or climatic dangers inherent in such a project? Are there any truly compelling reasons why we cannot manage our water better? What are the economics of such an idea?

my boyfriend dreamed, the night before his operation, that he'd die from heart failure on the operating table. He even met his dead relatives and saw himself dead. The operation was cancelled by the doctors after they couldn't do a test on his heart that he asked them for so we don't know, but I'm worried now as the dream is too specific and he won't have that test due to money reasons.. he also said in his dream 'he wasn't ready' (to die). I'm quite worried now. And what if he'll have the same dream again before he's due for the operation?

a) Sigmund Freud’s, in which he postulated that the mind operates in two levels, the conscious and the unconscious; about his discoveries that impulses and desires (many sexually originated) existed mainly in the unconscious level.
b) Tarcísio Brito’s, in which he postulates that the mind operates between consciousness and emotion. When we elevate the consciousness, we retrain the emotion, and when we elevate the emotion, we retrain the consciousness; about his imaginary graphic, which show that the balance corresponds to ≥ 50 % of consciousness and ≤ 50% of emotion. The unbalance happens the opposite.

My wife and I both work. We both have good jobs and comparable salaries. There are people on our block that have 1 family member working and that bring home 1/3 or what we do. They have 2 brand new SUVs in their garage, bigger homes, and nicer landscaped yards. We drive sedans that are 6 years old and buy our kids clothes at Walmart. Why do we feel like the poorest people on the block?

If you do come in late is it disrespectful not to call? What is an appropriate time to come in the house at night? PLEASE HELP!!! This is stressful. am I being selfish to want him to come in at a certain time and call if he is going to stay out later than 2:30?

From an Article:

Poppin' open bottles of Cristal has been a staple of rap videos for the last several years. But, last week Cristal exec Frederic Rouzaud said the brand is trying to distance itself from the rap community:

"(It's) unwelcome attention. What can we do? We can't forbid people from buying it. I'm sure Dom Perignon or Krug would be delighted to have their business."

i like to know what people think of different situations so i ask stuff.and a lot of people be taking things so personal. but i am an admirer of the human mind.we are capable of doing so much just by thinking i wonder what people be thinking about sometimes.or how they would react to different situations.and the results are hillarious sometimes.

I had a dream a long time ago that my boyfriend was cheating on my with his ex-girlfriend. He did really love her but she cheated on him twice and thats why he broke up with her.
Then not ong ago I had a dream that I was cheating on my boyfriend with someone that I know and the person looks just like him. The day after the dream my boyfriend and I got into a argument. He seems to think that he saw someone in my room. Then a week after I had three more dreams that I was cheating on him. Then I had two more dreams that he was cheating on me. The first dream was that I got phone call from a very close friend that gave me the name of the female that hes cheating on me with. Also in that dream, he was still seeing his ex-girlfriend while he was with me. Then the second dream took place in a place that looks like a jail cell, where this female who seems to be is ex-girlfriend was sitting at the table across me. She tells me that she sleeps at his house and that she knows about me.
