Frequently, not always.
Oftentimes, it's difficult to find the right words to express thoughts. We don't always think in words. Sometimes we think in images, concepts or emotions.
What's hardest is when something is obvious for me, but the people around me aren't seeing things the way I am. Then I dance around and around, trying to find some way to express what I'm seeing.
It can be very frustrating when everyone thinks I'm crazy just because I'm not able to find the right words.

Comparing the speed of my mind to the speed I can express is like comparing a Formula 1 race care to a bicycle. There's never enough time or space in communication to get all my thoughts out, so I often come away from a conversation thinking about what I should've or could've done or asked. Fortunately, most people tell me that what I do get a chance to express is pretty good, so I guess I'm a good editor.

YES!!!
It is so embarrassing too. Or, my words just come out all wrong. Sometimes, one word should be at the end of a sentence but it ends up in the wrong place when I speak aloud.
My brain is so weird, but what do you do about it? Maybe, if we were to eat less junk food and more brain food we would not be in these embarrassing moments.

I always think much faster, and sometimes it's a bit frustrating, but than again....I'm used to it...there's nothing you can do but express only the main points and arguments on your mind
