This won't seem scary to anyone, but I was washing my hands after I went to the bathroom, and was about to leave when I saw a spider on the door. I ran to the far back part of the bathroom. I yelled that there was a spider but it was late at night and the only person up was my dad who was in the opposite part of the house so no one could hear me. I saw there for about 30 minutes watching the spider move up and down and jump every once in a while (its like the spider was taunting me)...anyways finally my dad
came to tell me goodnite and I start yelling about how I'm stuck in the bathroom. This was the longest 30 minutes of my life. Ima have nightmares forever.... :(

My husband gave me the okay to go shopping for clothing a couple of months ago, I spent the entire day trying to find something to buy but I just couldn't. It also happens for grocery shopping. I get into the store and I just feel overwhelmed. I can't make any shopping decisions. Please help!! I can, however shop for household items without any problem. I can buy toiletries and cleaning products all day long but when it comes to clothing and groceries, I'm lost!!! Is there a term for this condition and where can I find more info? Would this be considered anxiety?

It is said that "Honesty is the best policy" and "the truth will set you free".
If that is the case, why do people have such a problem with being honest? It is as if the more important something is, the more likely they will manipulate, decieve, change the subject or just outright lie.
What is it that cause others to fear being truthful?
And as far as sparing ones feelings, I do not buy that. It is their own feelings they seem to be more concerned with.
I'm just curious.
