No. I know what I mean. There is an anti-choice movement; one which seeks to dismantle the pro-choice movement and disallow choices on the basis on the pro-life movement. You can be anti-choice without being pro-life. Do you understand?

For those of you that included a lecture on self control in your answer or making life convenient, you have elected not to consider the question but to actually try and debate the issue, which was not requested. The statement of the question? Past questions- so what? Some of you act like this was a homework assignment. Whatever.
If you disagree with the topic of the question, then feel free to move on without leaving your opinion behind.
Also, assuming what choices I may have or may not have made in my life should have no bearing on your answer; you know what happens when you assume?
You make an *** out of you and me.
Good day.

I am pro-choice. Most unwanted children grow up to be criminals who wish they had never been born anyway. I think it is more humane to spare someone the anguish than to thrust them into a cruel existence by no choice of their own.

For my self I am pro-life. None of my kids were planned but I am very glad that I have each one of them. I don't see how people can make the choice to throw away a human life but before people go out and protest in front of an abortion clinic they had better ask themselves. "If they outlaw abortion am I willing to adopt one of these unwanted children"? It is very tough not to be a hypocrite on this issue. Until people start to take responsibility for their actions such as birth control we are gonna have abortion.
Birth control is not 100% effective. Condoms leak, diaphragms break, pills don't work and sometimes vasectomies miss. I have heard that the morning after pill is effective but I don't know whether it is legal everywhere.
I would say I am against abortion except in the case of rape, incest or to save the life of the mother.

Tough question. I have mixed feelings. As a woman I feel that it is my body however, doesn't the baby deserve a chance at life? Years ago, if abortion wasn't illegal so many of us and our parents wouldn't be here today.
I just don't agree with pro-life tactics. You can't try and intimidate people. How can you say you are pro life and advocate blowing up clinics and killing people? We all have choices to make and we are all accountable for our actions one way or another.

Are you asking a question or stating a position.
This also seems to be the second time your asking this same question in a very short period of time. But the first time you did not identify a position.
Just in case you really want to know, which now I doubt based on the way you have stated the question.
I would be anti-abortion.
Now for the why...
First for me it comes down to my religion but I cannot argue the point based on religion because when talking to someone who is not religious you end up talking about apples and oranges.
So that being said, it comes down to a simple matter of rights vs RESPONSIBILITY.
Everyone wants their rights but no one wants to live with the responsibility of their actions. Now on one side you have about 30 seconds of pleasure (2 minutes tops) vs the rest of your life... Well then I think you should have thought about that before the 30 seconds of pleasure shouldn't you.

Pro-Life all the way, baby. No Pro-Lifer is going to term themselves as anti-choice as this is a term to discredit the movement. Out of respect that this is a confusing issue I call the pro-choice movement the pro-choice movement and not the anti-Life movement. This disrespect closes down move needed dialog between these two groups.
With this said, I am Pro-Life for the same reason I am vegetarian, I respect all life and desire to reduce the amount of suffering in this world as much as humanly possible.
Pro-Life laws will not stop abortion but they will curb them to a great extent, but more so they will remove the appearance of societies imprimatur. This will go a long way in influencing people to do the right thing by not killing their children.
Edit: Here is an article I wrote on the subject:
"Laws as opposed to anarchy are needed for good reason. The best intention of law is to protect society from the most egregious offensives. There are laws against rape, robbery, fraud, battery, kidnapping, along with a wide variety of other offenses. All these offenses have one thing in common. Individual rights being violated in favor of personal desires.
One could easily argue that the most serious of offense is murder. You can do almost anything to someone, but they are still left with something. Yet when you take someone’s life, you have taken everything from them. It would then seem totally appropriate to consider abortion as an offense to be regulated, seeing that ones life is taken for the convenience of another.
Why take the time to validate the reasoning behind legislating abortion? This is because Pro-Choicers often seem aghast that pro-lifers would audaciously touch their bodies with our laws.
The fact of the matter is laws by nature limit freedom. In physics a universe without law would only be chaos.
The law against rape limits a man’s freedom to place his penis wherever it is that he desires. This law seems reasonable to the vast majority, as it should, because his rights to do with his body end where another person’s rights begin. This is the essence of all good law, and the rest is micromanagement.
What I find strange is, that there are laws against smoking marijuana, laws against publicly nudity, there are even laws regulating the growth of weeds on your damn property, yet there is no law against killing a child in the womb. Is it only me or is this completely absurd?
Take Nudity for example, I am personally not a nudist, but the issue could be argued, more so than abortion, that it has to do completely with somebody’s freedom of body, which does not impede on anybody else’s freedom. Yet nudity is regulated. I am not being an advocate for this issue, but why do we have trivial laws such as these but it is hands off when it comes to abortion?
I see society going in a direction of unbridled freedom. In part, I believe this is a response from centuries of repression. I am in no way suggesting that we atavistically return to the past. There are many prized freedoms that I’m sure most of us would like to hang on to. However instead of swinging like a reactionary pendulum I hope we as a society can mindfully find a point of balance.
This is a subject that can be debated ad nauseum, but in reality, our hearts need to be touched, and our minds illuminated, before we can really see the real crux of the issue."

Pro Life!
If pro choice if the opposite of pro life, why don't you call it Pro Death. That's what it is.
You make life convenient for you, until it is not, and then you end that life by your choice, you murder it.
Why not be pro safe sex and then you would not have to make the choice.
Or can you not control yourself?

I'm pro-do- whatever-you-believe-in.
You try getting raped, pregnant at an early age, and see what you'd chose for yourself then.
If there wasn't an option there'd be ALOT more unwanted children in the world.
