Help! How do I clean extreme filth? (animal waste, etc)?

My bestfriend's cousin has been going through some health problems lately, and has been suffering serious depression. She has let her home go to the extreme extent, and I know it bothers her. She has tried to clean and organize many times, and it somehow piles up on her again.

She takes in stray cats, and has an indoor dog. The cats have made such a mess of her home. Some use the litter box and other go ALL over the floor, on the couch, kitchen counter, even the stove! :*( She loves the cats and will not get rid of them.

Her floor is so soiled, the beige carpet is now med-dark brown with filth. The cats walk on this, get it on there paws and walk all over the counters and leave nasty paw prints, everywhere. Her dog gets into the trash and spreads it all over. Her cats urinate and poo all over her place, on bags and boxes. She is in a rut, and can't seem to keep everything clean.

Any advice, how to you clean this extreme filth?

How can I get over my paranoia?

Most of the time it doesn't seem like a big deal, but I'm realizing more and more that it is. When I walk down the street, sometimes i think I'm the center of attention. I feel like people have these extreme impressions about me, like wow, this guy looks strong or who does he think he is, when in truth they're probably thinking about themselves or what they're going to do next. Then, when it comes to my friends, it's a little different. Once in a while, I think they're hiding something from me when they're not. This happens with my best friend too, who I've known for years, and is extremely faithful. Have any of you gone through experiences like this? Please explain and what did you do to overcome your paranoia?

I need some advice, I saw this girl yesterday, we know each other since ninth grade, but we haven't seen each other for 3 years, I really liked her then and I still do, and I think she likes me too. Anyway we are supposed to meet tomorow to go on a walk on the town and talk. But I'm soo nervous, I really don't want to screw this up. Why in the Sam Hill would it bother a man to know that I get fewer colds than he does and am healthier inside?

Everyone on the FACE OF THE EARTH knows men are bigger & stronger than are women & children in every way, shape, & form! They’re also better w/directions, math, & politics. So as you can imagine, when the subject of the common cold is discussed, the 1st thing they say is, "It's much more common in women than in men!" I mean, who would object to the idea that it’s those w/the big, deep voices & big, hairy nostrils who never get hoarse & always breath through their nose while their dependents at home suffer as viral invaders tear down their weak immunities? But little do they know that the healthiest group of humans is actually childless lesbians, who were given a slightly boosted immunity by God (for childbirth) but refused to have kids who parasitically drain their health (highest-lowest, the ave. coldrates go: boys, girls, women, men, gays, lesbians). So guys, why DOES it bother you to know a pudgy white girl of 23 in Deer Park, TX can show you up this winter by getting fewer colds?

What is the definition of insanity? In diagnosing a mental illness, what do you look for? How would you know if someone is actually insane as apposed to being sane and just making things up?

Also, is there any sort of brain activiy that would denote insanity? Does the brain act differently in a sane mind from an insnane mind?

Do most guys like shy girls with enigma, or girls that voice everything?

I am very shy. I don't know how to 'voice' what I feel or even what is obvious. I have no luck with guys, but is that what is really putting a damper on the whole relationship deal?
