To Whom it May Concern,
This is basically the area of the Pacific between the mianland U.S. and Hawaii showing the aviation winds aloft at the varying levels from the ocean surface to 40,000 feet if possible.
The aviation Flight Service Station has these charts with the little arrows but from what I understand it is a paid for site. I am looking for a free site. The winds are usually included on these charts. I have already found the NOAA site with the written numbered winds and temps. Thank you out there. Mark.

Since winter is around the corner, why do you like winter? I don't like being cold, especially that I have to put on tons of clothes to keep warm.

Last year's violent hurricanes have dispersed heat from the Atlantic Ocean. The temperature of the water is cooler and less dangerous. Does some of that heat dissipate out into space? Who keeps track of the earth's overall temperature from year to year?

Over this last summer, I spent a lot of time on a nearby lake. I heard of water tornadoes but wasn't sure of the risk of being attacked by one. Where do they come from and what can I do to protect myself?
Also, I have a science project coming up soon and since this is such a strong interest of mine, I would like to recreate one. Any ideas on how to recreate a water tornado?

It must be warm in winter (I have Reynaud's syndrome and suffer in cold weather).
