If a spaceship passes another spaceship and both are travelling at the speed of light, do they not go past each other at twice the speed of light? If so, that isn't supposed to be possible?!#

I've watched a couple of programmes about this and found it fascinating but I could do with the principals re-explaining to me - I tried to explain string theory to someone the other day and singularly failed to do so!

I heard they recently teleported atoms from A to B but that it technically wasn't true teleportation as the original atom was destrotyed and an exact replica reappeared. That would mean - if it was a human - a clone would appear. I guess the quantum maths required to manage all the data would be the biggest hurdle.

Albert Eientien said that the Earth moves because the space moves and not exactly what Newton said. Venus moves in the opposite direction, does it have different "part of space" that moves in opposite direction to that of the Earth? If not, how can Venus move this way?

I was in the bank today just as their wall clock turned to 10.00 am. I checked my wristwatch, it read 10.02- it occurred to me that, if I was far enough away from the bank's clock, both clocks might be correct, because the light that reached me at 10.02 would have come from 10.00.

Assuming the theory holds true, how far away from the bank's clock would I have to be for both clocks to be correct- and how long, at an average walking speed of 4mph, would it take me to reach the counter in front of the bank's clock?

Cheers ;)

You decide to drive around a circular track of radius 50.0 m in your car starting from rest. You accelerate with a constant tangential acceleration of 2.00 m/s2. You are initially at the far west side of the circular track and will travel counter clock-wise.
(a) What is the speed of your car when you have traveled ¼ the circumference of the track?
(b) At that point, what is the centripetal acceleration of your car?
(c) At the same point, what is the total acceleration?
