Yes because they are many ways earth can be destroyed or ruined and only one way to insure human survival for the rest of time or at least a very long time and they through space travel I am talking more as spreading to mars and perhaps even the moon but in a few hundred thousand years from now I would like to see humans on other planets outside our solor system well I guess I will be dead then but o well.
