e=mc2 can also be written as Energy=Mass x Velocity squared.
Einsteins theory of time travel consists of light being a measurement of time and that light particals or photons can be manipulated to be bent by gravitational forces. Light was proved to have been bent by a Swedish physics team after one of Einsteins theories were attempted during a Solar Eclipse. If you traveled the direct distance between point A to B at the shortest distance rather than the bent direction of the light and at the speed of light, then you would reach point B before the light that traveled the bent distance from point A and therefore reaching point B faster than light.
Get a flexible ruler and lay it on a desk. The ruler would be straight and would be a representation of light traveling a straight path. At the 0 end is point A and at the other end is point B. Bend the ruler into an arc. The distance between point A and point B will still be the same if you travel the path of the ruler or "lights path", however, the straight distance between point A and point B would be shorter and travel at the speed of light should get you there faster.

It means that energy=mass times the speed of light squared. So energy can turn in to matter and matter can be turned back in to energy. This is how the nuclear bomb works. A speed so fast that if you go faster they say that time moves backwards.
