I have some data (lengths and times) that I need to put into a graph using log log paper with 2 cycles. But I have no idea how to do it. The log log paper is labled 1-10 2-10 on both the x and y axis, and my data is like: (85cm, 18.7 sec), (76cm, 17.4sec)... and so on. Can someone explain it to me?

D1= -3.0i + 3.0j + 2.0k
D2= -2.0i - 4.0j + 2.0k
D3= 2.0i + 3.0j + 1.0k

What results from (a) D1 x (D2 + D3), (b) D1 x (D2 x D3) and
(c) D1 x (D2 + D3)

ok...... i really dont see the direct "contradiction and conflict" of:

1) THEORY of GENERAL and SPECIAL RELATIVITY

2) and THEORY OF QUANTUM MECHANICS

???? can you elucidate this distinction? thanks....

Here are two vectors:
a = (4.0m)i - (3.0m)j and b = (6.0m)i + (8.0m)j

What are (a) the maginitude and (b) the angle (relative to i) of a? What are (c) the magnitude and (d) the angle of b?
What are (e) the magnitude and (f) the angel of a + b; (g) the magnitude and (h) the angle of b - a; and (i) the magnitude and (j) the angle of a - b? (k) What is the angle between the directions of b - a and a - b?

Ok, I have so many physics questions I need to finish but they keep using something that I'm not clear on. When they say the boat is going 30 degrees west of north does that mean the same as going west 30 degrees then north OR does it mean south 60 degrees west or just please tell me what it means... And don't critisize me or tell me to call my friends... I don't have their numers..if you don't know just don't answer
Thanks people

Einstein's theories suggest that we can "travel" forward in time by moving close to the speed of light. You know the example with the twins and one gets on a spaceship and one stays on earth. The space ship travels around near the speed of light for a few minutes and when he/she returns many decades have gone by on earth. The spaceship kid is a few minutes older and the earth kid is an old man. But is it theoretically possible to move backwards through time?

Hi, I have a question about buoyancy and water displacement. I have tried to figure this out for over an hour, but I have figured out nothing yet.

The density of water is 1.0 g/cm3. How many kilograms of water does a submerged 120-cm3 block displace? One kilgram weighs 9.0N. What is the buyant force on the block?

* The 3 next to cm is to the power of 3.

I want to know if when mercury is heated if it cuases it to move or shift. Also, what is the density of mercury when compared to other heavy metals? If it spins fast enough, will it provide enough inertia to negate gravity's effect on mass but still retain it's "weight" and be capable of propelling an object from point x to point y if the mercury is shifted or nudged?
