i go to so many tutions but that dose not help my friends at school help me and i still stink i do my homwork reguraly but uncorrectly and when i come to do my exam or test i flunk i tried almost everything as maths is very important in my future career . when someone asks q concerning nubers i get so confused pls help

I have all these data that i need to put into a pie graph. One problem is, my data doesnt add up to 100%. I am comparing the life expectancy of two countries and that is the Middle East and Africa, the data i am provided is somehing like: 71,48.03,73 and all that. How do i put these into a pie graph?
