I have this 200 v 470 uF capacitor, I tried hooknig it up to a wall outlet, it charged it a little but sparked and blew the breaker. I was wondering if I need a resistor or soemthing

Anybody out there have a theorem for determining a motor's stall torque and no load speed using a flywheel of a known mass and measuring current draw? I'd probably have to time the acceleration as well, but it seems as if this could be done, I just need a little help with the theory and equations. Thanks.

I know obout B.M. Birla Scienc Center at Hyderabad,
A.P., India. It has conducted a symposium on "Science
and Technology in ancient India" in December 1990. Many

can anyone tell me more about this thing? becuase the only thing i can find is this article about georgia tech's research on mini generator...
do mini generators generate power by itself? or does it need to be connected with another device?
and is it possible for me to connent motion sensors to the mini generator and have power produced?
