What type of a flexible material will stay cool. Something like fabric. i need some kind of material that will be flexible but at the same time beable to change temp very fast.

Any fabric with threads of high thermal conductivity. For example, fabrics woven from fine copper wire should be terrific, since copper has one of the highest thermal conductiivity of any material. Most metals are good. When you get to non-metals, then try carbon fiber or glass fibers, they're okay. After than, when you get to plastics and natural fibers, it's not so good any more. Check link for the thermal conductivity of a number of common materials.
