I have a tub of spuds in my veg' plot growing quite close to my tomatos. The spuds and the toms are doing fine. The spuds however, have put out a vine of tomatos that have not turned red. Having cut one down the middle, it has the consistancy of a spud. Why is this?

I have a number of house plants. Some have some damaged leaves. I am curious, but will damaged leaves actually repair themselves or stay damaged. I have a palm with a number of brown leaves, some curled, and some ripped. I have a dieffenbachia with a half missing leaf and one that is broken open in the center so the leaf is wilted in half.
Will these leaves actually heal themselves?

I just read in an article that the largest living organism was a fungus growing in Oregon. The article also stated that fungi, or mushrooms, have 36,000 different sexes. I was bewildered because I thought there were only 3 sexes, male, female and hemaphrodite, which actually I don't really know if that is a sex either.

I'm looking for flowers for bouquets, decorations, and centerpieces. Would like to know some good flowers, preferably some I could order online and make my own arrangements. I'm getting married in May, so I'm looking for flowers that would be in bloom at that time. Thanks!
