i did an experiment where my partners and i tried growing mold on apple juice, koolaid, and diet pepsi. it worked and the apple juice had the most mold. i was just wondering what mold grows on liquids. i tried looking online but because im at school, they dont let us go to a lot of them. i just need general information on mold that grows on liquids, how it forms, and what kind of mold it is....if you could help i would love you forever. lol. thanks!

I understand that moss prefers humid and shady conditions. It is clear why moss will thrive in shady conditions but I don't understand why it thrives in shady conditions. Surely, the more light exposed to moss, the faster it will photosynthesise, and the more abundant it will be..so why would the moss want to grow in an area with less light?
Can anyone give a helping hand please? Any references will be greatly appreciated!

I push produce for a living for now, and the other day I was displaying some beautiful bulbs of garlic. Every food fanatic knows that garlic is a staple in cooking, but vampires must have it really rough, not being able to use aromatics like this in their cooking. I was wondering what the actual chemical compound in garlic repels vampire?

I did a bit of research because it said that on the side of the can, and from what I can find, milk thistle is used for liver conditions and is a possibly antidote for some mushroom poisoning. Why would Rockstar particularly advertise the drink having something in it that doesn't seem to have any use for most people? Did I miss something?

I think I understand the alteration of generations of angiosperms decently well, but a good diagram/explaination would help clear it up for me even more (my book isn't much help). I can't seem to find a good website out there, so I was wondering if anyone knew of something that simplified the process or explained it super well.
