I only have two bowel movements per week. I want to speed up my digestion tract. I've tried
bran, fruits, water, exercise etc. I heard the
acetylcholine causes the intestines to contract with more force and push the food through faster. How can I increase the amount of acetylcholine in the intestines??

(is it phosphorous excretion mechanism)? If so, why cant I use my hair like a match to strike a fire? Why do all human beings do not grow same length hair in the same body regions? Some have short hair some have long hair distributed in different areas of human body? Is it there to create air traction (landing points) for "nothing but air"?

I need to know if the following statements are true, and if they arent, then what i could add or take out in order to make them correct:
The egg and sperm have a diploid chromosome number.
The chromosome number is reduced by a process called mitosis.
When two sex cells join, the chromosome number is doubled.
The joining of an egg and sperm is called meiosis.
Body cells contain pairs of chromosomes.
A zygote has a diploid chromosome number.
Meiosis produces cells with a diploid chromosome number.
After two neuclear divisions in meiosis, four cells result.
Sex cells contain only one chromosome from each matched pair.
Meiosis can occur anywhere in the body.

I also need to know the answers to the following ?s.
1) In what way is meiosis II smiliar to mitosis?
2) How are gametes different from other cells in the body?
3) WHat is the total number of paired chromosomes in a body cell called?
4)Do centromeres divide at anaphase 1 or anaphase?
