I only have two bowel movements per week. I want to speed up my digestion tract. I've tried
bran, fruits, water, exercise etc. I heard the
acetylcholine causes the intestines to contract with more force and push the food through faster. How can I increase the amount of acetylcholine in the intestines??

Hm... Interesting!

I don't know that acetylcholine can increase digestion speed in intestine.

I know however that intestinal muscles are smooth muscle and they contract without the help of neurotransmitter from the brain such as Acetylcholine (ACh).

However, ACh is a neurotransmitter between the motor neuron (brain cells) and Skeletal muscle cells (such as our leg muscles).

Motor neuron (presynaptic cell) release ACh at the muscular junction (or synaptic cleft) and bind to the skeletal muscle cells' receptors (postsynaptic cell). This causes the the postsynaptic receptors to open its votage-gated ion channels (Na+ and K+). Influx of Na+ into the cell generates action potential and carrying it to the T-tubule of muscle cell. Which in turn T-tubule create impulse toward the Sarcoplasmic reticulum of the muscle cell which the SR releases Ca++. Ca++ binds to protein troponin and causes exposure of myosin binding-site by removes or displaces Tropomyosin. Now that the myosin binding site is expose, Myosin heads of the muscle fiber can bind to it and contract the muscle with the help of ATP.

This contraction allow us to move our legs, arms etc or any skeletal muscles.
