If a man of asian origin who has always had only black eyes in the family for generations marries a white woman who is blue eyed could their child be blue eyed? I heard blue is a recessive gene and for blue eyes both parents need to have blue alleles. Is that so?

one of the birds on the galapagos islands is the medium ground finch. these birds prefer to eat small seeds, which are easier to eat than large seeds. however, when food is scarce, such as during a drought, some of the birds can eat larger seeds. the ability to crush and eat larger seeds is related to break thickness, an inherited characteristic. birds with thicker beaks are able to crush large seeds more easily.

-describe the changes that would occur in the medium ground finch population during a long period of drought when food is scarce.
-explain how this set of changes is an example of the process of natural selection

At school the prof. could easily tell the origin of life. But why can't he/she show it at lab work? And if a mindless state could accomplish CREATING such spectacular grandeur -LIFE, how much more a flotilla of SECULAR scientists, funded by hundred million dollars, could do? Yeah, why not create life and silence the opposition.
