I can't get Konus to answer my email or answer the phone at305-592-5500. What is the filter for and where does it go. The finder scope has no red dot and is only has one end no back sight.
The tripod bracket has 3 small wing nuts and is hard to work with in the dark and isn't the best time to use it is at night?
The unit I have is a #1780-N Konusmotor-500 0114 F.500
