I've read about microchips installed into amputees that allow them to control artificial limbs by simply thinking the commands. So eventually, won't we be able to install chips that control all kinds of electrical devices?

Milam is doing an experiment on fish expansion life. So, he has two tanks: one with salt water and another with regular water. He placed five fish in each tank. He recorded the results within five weeks. Two fish died in salt water while a fish died in the regular water tank. Can someone please help me find the independent variable, the dependent variable, and the control variable?

...was thinking of a 'gravity harvester', if you dropped water far enough into a hole then at some point you would 'harvest' enough potential energy through hydro-electric means to convert that same water into hydrogen and oxygen. This hydrogen could then naturally rise back to the top through displacement to be converted back into water to start the cycle again. The conversion would be your free energy. Although in reality I'm wanting somebody to point out the flaw in the idea as it must be complete balls or we would be doing it.

3) When condensation occurs, what type of energy is released?
During condensation thermal, or heat, energy is released. During condensation, the water must release some of its energy in order to become a liquid. The kinetic energy of the gas is higher than that of the liquid. Therefore, when the gas is changing to a liquid, it must release energy so that the molecules can move closer together and become a liquid. During condensation, for every 1 gram of water vapor, 540 calories of heat energy will be released.

4) How is this energy returned into the atmosphere in the form of potential energy?
It is returned as kinetic energy when the water once again evaporates. When the water evaporates, it must gain thermal energy in order to be able to change into a liquid. As soon as it turns into water vapor, it now has 540 calories of energy stored. This stored energy has the potential to be released, as soon as the energy turns into water vapor.
