About 6 years ago I flew to San Francisco International from the UK.

I'm almost sure that as we passed over Utah I could see what could only be described as underground Nuclear Test "sinkholes".

The sort of depression in the earth that occurs when a nuclear explosion occurs underground, so that the earth appears to have been sucked down.

Is this possible, I always thought that the nuclear tests were conducted in Arizona in the desert.

I know this question is asked often but i am very interested in pursuing it. What is the difference between a tech and a radiologist. Does one take more education then the other. How many years of college would i need to take. Should i get a degree in general education and the radiology or just a two year for radiology. What exactly is your daily routine and how much do you get paid. What kind of things do you have to acheive to get a better salary in the field.

I have noticed a spherical piece of equipment that is attached to the upper lightning arrestor lines of 3-phase transmission line systems. Usually, they are orange and attached directly to the lightning arrestor lines (the line passes directly through the sphere).

*** So, what are these things? How do they work?
