up to a certain point in the womb before a dominance was assigned to sex every thing was equal, after our birth the dominances took over,, did you ever look at a clitoris? its a penis that never finished forming, all of the nerves and other functions are still there, just not dominant, there are others jist look.

It's not really a pointless question.

The answer is that gender is actually decided quite late in a fetus' development. It just happens that nipples develop before this stage. For a good portion of its development, the embryo is sexless.

Men and women have pretty much similar equipment, after all one is YY chromosome and the other is XY, there is no XX, who may not have nipples if someone could grow one.

Nipples aren't a sex-linked characteristic. In other words, nipples are just one of those sexually neutral pieces of equipment, like arms or brains, that humans get regardless of sex.

Homo Sapiens are classified under Mammals because of this presence. If women have mammary glands, the male also have because we are all classified as Homo Sapiens with 2 created genders. Males are meant to have these as the women too.
