All numbers includes natural numbers, fractions, integers,so answer must be infinite(+/-).
(some known large number:
10^600 ----600 zeroes --- centillion .
10^100 ----100 --------------googol
10^googol ----(too many to write down) ------googolplex .
However these are far away from last number!)

For elroyfudpucker, you are confusing "numeral" with "number;" they are two different things.
As for the "last number in all numbers," the set of counting numbers {1,2,3,...} is infinite. That is, you could count forever and not reach a conclusion or final number.
You might set up a computer, and that computer might reach a limit beyond which it could no longer count, but computers are objective, and mathematics is theoretical; so a mathematician would not limit the answer to a computer's ability.

As an American using English, the last number is nine. We are as a standard using base 10 notation, so you start with zero and go to nine. There are then many many functions and multiples that create numbers with all of the numbers, but the last is always nine in each and every coloumn.

Numbers, like words are read from left to right, so the right-most digit will always be the last number and always represents the Ones Column, multiply this digit by one and you will know what it is no matter how large the entire number is.
