No, visceral fat is not distributed in a layer which can be easily removed. Typical liposuction fat lays between the skin and lining for the muscles. Anyways, it does not contribute to your overall appearance. You're thinking too hard.

If you are transparent and worried about your appearance, maybe that would be a good reason to have visceral fat sucked out ;-)

Some visceral fat is required for cushioning organs. Some doctors refuse to operate on fat/obese patients due to huge amounts of visceral fat making it difficult to reach where they need to operate. I've never personally heard of visceral fat being sucked out.
