If in fact there are parallel dimensions, could this be a possibility?

If so - the moon could truly become a spaceport to other planets in the solar system. You wouldn't want to build nuclear rockets on Earth, because of environmental reasons. Not to mention terrorist attacks. Besides - who would want all of that radiation around? But nuclear rockets on the MOON would be a completely different story.

Seems like a good enough justification to me for a lunar outpost.

It could open up THE ENTIRE SOLAR SYSTEM - not just near Earth space.

A system can be defined as a model that includes time as a variable. Explain the effect of time on a system model.

This is from the critical thinking section of the chapter review. Now, before you tell me to do my own homework, I am 31 years old and I am learning this on my own from a textbook. I have no teacher to consult so any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am asking this because, everything is supposed to have a corresponding particle in the "anti" world. So even graviton should have "anti-graviton".......

Normally gravitation would happen because of exchange of 'gravitons'.

Now between matter and anti-matter, 'gravitons' and 'anti-gravitons' are being transmitted and of course these cannot be exchanged right?

so now there must be no gravitational attraction between these?

The weight of a certain type of brick has an expectation of 1.12kg with a standard deviation of .03kg.

Find: expectation and variance given 25 randomly selected bricks, and number of bricks necessary to have a standard deviation of .005 or less.

I know expectation is 1.12kg, and I know two formulas for variance, but neither of those are applicable here. What's the formula to use?

And for the other part of the question, I understand why there's a certain number, but short of trial and error I can't think of a way to actually calculate it. Tips?

Consider a projectile fired vertically in a constant gravitational field. For the same inital velocities, compare the times required for the projectile to reach its maximum height (a) for zero resisting force and (b) for a resisting force proportional to the instantaneous velocity of the projectile.
